Profile
Suzanne Sawicki provides daily counseling and guidance to students involved in the co-op and/or internship program and those looking at joining the program. She provides leadership and support in placing engineering students in paid, relevant educational assignments with industry and government agencies. Suzanne also provides direct oversight to the office’s Ambassador Program by maintaining schedules, coordinating events and developing new activities for promoting the program to students. As a former recruiter in industry, she is able to offer visibility into the recruiter’s perspective for student’s seeking co-op and internships. She is especially savvy with resume critique, interviewing strategies and how to leave a lasting positive impression with an employer.
