Darrin Rhines has spent nearly 30 years gaining experience in marketing & communications, research & development, human resources, economic development, government relations, customer service and support, and operations in public utilities. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Army in military intelligence as a Czech and Slovak linguist.
Rhines is HR-certified through the Society for HR Management (SHRM).
